CIC Regulations for Canada student Visa

Regulations which have been finalized. They come into effect from June 1st,
2014
Major Impacts
- Students on valid
study permit can work from first semester and don't have to apply for a
separate work permit.
- Students who want
to withdraw cannot transfer into another college for next intake –
it has to be the same intake.
- Study permit holders are allowed to work (full-time) after competition of program even during the time they are waiting for a decision on their Post Graduation Work Permit application.
